1. Refund Policy

All purchases are refundable within 14 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us.

Your subscription cannot be shared with others.
You can use NovaFlow.ai and the self-hosted static app as long as your subscription is active.
Future updates and upgrades are generally free, but we reserve the right to charge for major new features if deemed reasonable.
You can self-host NovaFlow.ai on your own server, ensuring access even if the service discontinues.

Each subscription allows usage on up to 5 devices. If additional devices are needed, you can purchase more seats.

Devices are counted based on saved chat history per browser instance.
If using NovaFlow on different browsers (e.g., Chrome and Firefox), each counts as a separate device.
To free up device slots, unlink a previous device using the Subscription Manager.

Features may be added, removed, or restricted at our discretion. Refunds will not be provided unless within the 14-day refund period.
Service availability is not guaranteed. We strive to maintain uptime but cannot ensure continued operation in cases such as natural disasters, ownership changes, or service dependency issues.
If NovaFlow.ai becomes unavailable, you can self-host the app for continued access.

NovaFlow.ai is a product of Nova Cognitive Systems LLC, registered at:

NovaFlow Cloud is an opt-in service for sharing, syncing, and backing up chat history.

Sharing is public but restricted from search engine indexing.
Each user receives 10MB of free storage; additional storage is available via a paid upgrade.
Service availability and data integrity are not guaranteed; users should maintain backups elsewhere.
Fair use bandwidth policy: 10GB per month per 100MB of storage.

Users who self-host NovaFlow can still utilize NovaFlow Cloud for sharing, syncing, and backups.

Self-hosted instances connect to cloud.novaflow.ai for cloud functionality.

NovaFlow Cloud services are not included in the self-hosted version by default.
